  1. You simply visit our service plans and select the plan that’s right for you. We will then be in touch to confirm the plan.
  2. We will send you our service proposal and one-off paperwork for you to sign.    
  3. Forward us your current accounting files in whatever system you’re currently using.    
  4. And, we’ll even let your old accountant know that you’re moving.    
We have a minimum 12 month term, just to spread the time involved in learning each other’s businesses over time.
No. Xero is an intuitive and innovative tool.
Within your service plan and while training there will be no extra charges. If something major changes in your business, you may need to change plans to access more support.
Yes, and this is one of the main benefits of cloud accounting. If you have internet access, you can stay up to date.
Yes. That’s our job. We will put you on our tax agency which allows some time extensions on annual income tax returns, we will remind you of any IRD payment and return deadlines coming up, and we will deal with any issues that come up with the IRD. We are more than happy to handle tax audits on your behalf (although that may be beyond the scope of your monthly arrangement so there may be additional fees).

Yes – we’d love to help.  We can assist in so many ways:

  • IRD registration    
  • GST and other types of tax registration    
  • Guidance on record keeping and bookkeeping    
  • Assisting with cashflow forecasting and dealing with banks and finance providers

When we send our proposal to you, this will list any recurring and one off charges prior to your acceptance.

Recurring charges are billed at the start of the month and due within 7 days. One off charges are billed on acceptance.

  • Credit Card

Our credit card facility is managed by payment express and recurring automatic payments by credit card can be setup.
